If you regret your purchase, you have 14 days return policy after receipt of the goods. The right of return is limited to standard product, so no returns are offered on items that are made specifically for your order, including the production of text plates. In the unlikely event that a product sold out, your order may require a longer delivery time. Subject to Force Majeure, typos, image errors, price changes, discontinued products, and supplier failure.

As a buyer you are responsible for the text and graphics generated by our online design system. It is therefore important that you make sure that your layout is exactly as you want it. Your products are put into production immediately after you have submitted your order. After you have placed your order it is not possible to change the product. The upload of logos and graphics is done at your own risk, but we do of course everything we can to optimize your graphics for optimal results on the finished stamp. A better result is achieved on the plates if the uploaded file is of high resolution – being the highest number of pixels or a high DPI.

Place your order within 10:00 on weekdays and we ship the same or next day of all goods which are in stock. Our delivery times depend on our customers' location. Therefore, our delivery times vary between 1 and 7 days, but we do our best to deliver within 3 working days Shipping charges depend on the weight of the order, the country, and area to be delivered to and a supplement covering the fees for shipping companies is applied. We deliver to most countries. If your country is not listed in the shopping cart, contact us and we will try to find a way to fulfill your order. Orders are sent as packages and have a track-and-trace number. You can use this tracking number to retrieve the delivery status. We ask that you try to check shipping provider's website, as there can often be more information there.

If you have the opportunity to receive a voucher of discount on your next purchase - this is a loyalty voucher. Once the purchase is complete to the earned discount voucher expires automatically. 

All amounts are stated excluding VAT, taxes, and duties required by your country. Different countries have different tax rates. Every time you put a product in your shopping cart, the total amount is updated. There may be duties and taxes when your order shipped to a country outside the EU.
